PAANYAYA PARA SA REGISTRATION NG MGA FILIPINO COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS


Malugod pong inaanyayahan ng Embahada ng Pilipinas sa Seoul ang lahat ng mga samahan o organisasyon na binubuo ng ating kababayan sa iba't-ibang panig ng Korea, na hindi pa rehistrado bilang Filipino Community Partner ng Embahada, na magsumite ng aplikasyon para sa kanilang registration sa pamamagitan ng paggamit ng sumusunod na online link:

Ang mga impormasyong ipagkakaloob ay masusing pag-iingatan ng Embahada. Subalit, nais din sanang hingin ng Embahada ang kanilang pagsang-ayon na ang lahat ng kaukulang impormasyon ay malaya nitong ibinabahagi para sa katuparan mga lehitimong layunin ng Embahada, tulad ng paglulunsad ng isang talaan o online directory at isang bulletin board para sa mas epektibong ugnayan at pagbabahagi ng mga impormasyon at proyekto ng mga rehistradong samahan.

Ang Certificate of Registration bilang Filipino Community Partner ay wala pong bayad at may bisa na hanggang dalawang (2) taon simula sa araw ng pagkakatalaga.

Magkakaroon ng pormal na paggawad ng Certificate of Registration sa 18 Hunyo 2022 sa gaganaping 2nd Filipino Community Leaders' Forum. Kaya kung maaari po ay ipadala na sa Embahada ang aplikasyon bago mag ika-12 ng Hunyo 2022.

LAUNCH OF FULLY DIGITAL APOSTILLE FOR PSA E-CERTIFICATES AND CHED E-CAVS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public of the Official Launch of the Fully Digital Apostille (eApostille) for Philippine Statistics Authority electronic Certificates (PSA eCertificates) and Commission on Higher Education electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CHED eCAVs) at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila, Philippines, on 16 March 2026. This initiative is part of the Philippines’ continuing implementation of the electronic Apostille Program (e-APP) of the HCCH aimed at facilitating the secure electronic issuance and verification of Apostilles and promoting the efficient cross-border use of public documents among Contracting Parties to the Apostille Convention.  The following arrangements for the issuance of Apostilles for PSA eCertificates, covering civil registry documents, and CHED eCAVs, covering academic documents, were implemented starting 16 March 2026:

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul joins the celebration on the Protection and Gender-Fair Treatment of the Girl Child Week, or “Girl Child Week” from 22-28 March 2026. In accordance with Proclamation No. 759, March 6, 1996, the fourth week of March is celebrated as “Protection and Gender-Fair Treatment of the Girl Child Week”.  The observance also complements the annual National Women’s Month Celebration every March.
