Painting Workshop and Mangyan Heritage lecture


In line with the promotion of Philippine culture and arts, the Embassy of the Philippines is organizing the following events in conjunction with the art exhibition entitled “Kapuluan: Islands of Vision” which will run from 8-18 October 2008:

1. Painting Workshop Date 11 October 2008 Time 2-5 p.m Venue Embassy of the Philippines Participants Open to all Filipino art enthusiasts, ages 10 yrs and above, who are interested to learn basic drawing and painting techniques. Mangyan Heritage – A lecture on the rich culture of the Mangyan Tribe. The lecture will present Mangyan poetry, chants and and the old Mangyan script written on tree barks. Public Service Advisory from Pag-IBIG Fund and SSS-Seoul

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public that the Pag-IBIG Fund South Korea Member Services Desk and SSS–Seoul will be temporarily unable to accommodate walk-in clients on 25 January 2026 due to an official onsite service in Busan.
