Palarong Pinoy at Family Day sa Jeju! 31 August 2025

The Philippine Embassy warmly invites everyone to the Palarong Pinoy at Family Day sa Jeju! The 3rd edition of the Palarong Pinoy and Family Day event will be held on Sunday, 31 August 2025 from 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 N.N. at the Citizen's Welfare (Shimin Bokji) Town Plaza, 286, Yeonsam-ro, Jeju-si, Jeju-do.

Come and celebrate Filipino culture through a day of traditional games, family fun, and community spirit! This exciting event is open to all - Filipinos and Korean friends alike.

LAUNCH OF FULLY DIGITAL APOSTILLE FOR PSA E-CERTIFICATES AND CHED E-CAVS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public of the Official Launch of the Fully Digital Apostille (eApostille) for Philippine Statistics Authority electronic Certificates (PSA eCertificates) and Commission on Higher Education electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CHED eCAVs) at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila, Philippines, on 16 March 2026. This initiative is part of the Philippines’ continuing implementation of the electronic Apostille Program (e-APP) of the HCCH aimed at facilitating the secure electronic issuance and verification of Apostilles and promoting the efficient cross-border use of public documents among Contracting Parties to the Apostille Convention. The following arrangements for the issuance of Apostilles for PSA eCertificates, covering civil registry documents, and CHED eCAVs, covering academic documents, were implemented starting 16 March 2026:
