PAUNAWA SA PAMPUBLIKONG PAGTITIPON SA GWANGHWAMUN, SEOUL, 21 MARSO 2026


Pinapaalalahanan ng Embahada ng Pilipinas sa Seoul ang lahat ng Pilipino sa Republika ng Korea na mag-ingat at maging mapagmatyag kaugnay ng inaasahang malaking pagtitipon sa Sabado, 21 Marso 2026, sa Gwanghwamun, Seoul.
 
Maaaring mapanood ang nasabing okasyon sa telebisyon o online. Subalit para sa mga tutungo sa lugar, pinapayuhan ang sumusunod:

- Maging alerto at huwag mahiwalay sa mga kasama, lalo na sa mga bata;

- Ingatan ang mga mahahalagang gamit tulad ng pitaka at mga ID;

- Magdala ng sapat na pagkain, inuming tubig, at kinakailangang gamot (para sa sakit ng ulo, tiyan, at allergy);

- Alamin ang mga daanan papasok at palabas ng lugar;

- Siguraduhing fully charged ang cellphone bago umalis ng bahay;

ADVISORY ON PUBLIC GATHERING IN GWANGHWAMUN, SEOUL, 21 MARCH 2026
 
The Philippine Embassy in Seoul advises all Filipino nationals in the Republic of Korea to exercise vigilance in view of the large public gathering expected on Saturday, 21 March 2026, in Gwanghwamun, Seoul.
 
While the event may be viewed via television or online platforms, Filipinos who intend to proceed to the venue are advised to observe the following safety precautions:

 - Remain alert and avoid being separated from companions, especially minors;
 - Secure personal belongings such as wallets and identification cards;
 - Bring sufficient food, drinking water, and necessary medicines (e.g., for headaches, stomach concerns, and allergies);
 - Familiarize yourselves with entry and exit routes in the area;
 - Ensure mobile phones are fully charged prior to departure;
 - Keep a written list of emergency contact numbers, including:

LAUNCH OF FULLY DIGITAL APOSTILLE FOR PSA E-CERTIFICATES AND CHED E-CAVS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public of the Official Launch of the Fully Digital Apostille (eApostille) for Philippine Statistics Authority electronic Certificates (PSA eCertificates) and Commission on Higher Education electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CHED eCAVs) at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila, Philippines, on 16 March 2026. This initiative is part of the Philippines’ continuing implementation of the electronic Apostille Program (e-APP) of the HCCH aimed at facilitating the secure electronic issuance and verification of Apostilles and promoting the efficient cross-border use of public documents among Contracting Parties to the Apostille Convention.  The following arrangements for the issuance of Apostilles for PSA eCertificates, covering civil registry documents, and CHED eCAVs, covering academic documents, were implemented starting 16 March 2026:
