PAUNAWA UKOL SA MGA PROTOKOL SA PAGPASOK SA REPUBLIKA NG KOREA EPEKTIBO SIMULA 01 ENERO 2025


Ipinaaabot ng Embahada ng Republika ng Pilipinas sa Seoul sa publiko na ayon sa abiso ng Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency (KDCA), simula Enero 2025, ang mga indibidwal na nagmula, naglagi, o nag-transit sa Pilipinas—na itinalaga bilang isang “Quarantine Inspection Required Area”—at nagpapakita ng sintomas ng Cholera, Dengue Fever, Chikungunya Fever, o Measles, ay kailangang magsumite ng Q-CODE o Health Declaration Form sa quarantine officer pagdating sa Republika ng Korea.

Ang pagrehistro para sa Q-CODE ay maaaring gawin online sa website ng KDCA, habang ang Health Declaration Form ay karaniwang ipinapamahagi sa mga paparating na flight bago lumapag sa Korea. Maaari rin itong makuha sa paliparan o airport pagdating sa Korea.

Para sa karagdagang impormasyon, mangyaring basahin ang anunsyo mula sa KDCA o bisitahin anghttps://qcode.kdca.go.kr/.  Ang hindi pagsunod sa rekisito ay maaaring magresulta sa mga parusa o multa alinsunod sa Quarantine Act ng Republika ng Korea.

NOTICE ON ENTRY PROTOCOLS INTO THE REPUBLIC OF KOREA EFFECTIVE 01 JANUARY 2025

The Philippine Embassy informs the public that per the notice of the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency (KDCA), January 2025, individuals who have visited, stayed in, or transited through the Philippines—designated as a “Quarantine Inspection Required Area”—and exhibit symptoms of Cholera, Dengue Fever, Chikungunya Fever, Measles, must submit a Q-CODE or a Health Declaration Form to a quarantine officer upon entry in the Republic of Korea.

Registration for the Q-CODE may be done online through the KDCA website, while Health Declaration forms are usually distributed on incoming flights to Korea or may be obtained at the airport upon arrival.
