PH EMBASSY TO CONDUCT CONSULAR MISSION AND COMMUNITY FORUM IN BUSAN


All Filipinos are informed that the Philippine Embassy in Seoul, South Korea will conduct its fifth Consular Outreach Mission for 2017 in Busan on 24 and 25 November 2017.

The Embassy will render consular services such as processing of passport applications, civil registration, notarials, travel documents, NBI clearances, and certification. The Embassy will also hold a Forum with the Filipino Community on 25 November, from 1 to 3 in the afternoon, to discuss consular updates, contingency planning, and labor-related issues. This forum, which is being organized by the Embassy in conjunction with its Consular Outreach, will be led by Ambassador Raul S. Hernandez, together with Honorary Consul General Dr. An Sang-Wook, Consul General Christian L. De Jesus, and Labor Attache Ma. Luz Talento. The Embassy wishes to invite the Filipino Community in South Korea, particularly those in the south, to attend this Forum. The Consular Outreach and Community Forum will be held at the Philippine Consulate General located at 1927 Jungang Avenue in Guseo-dong of Busan's Geumjeong District.
