PHILIPPINE EMBASSY ONLINE APPOINTMENT SYSTEM

The Philippine Embassy is pleased to inform the Filipino Community in South Korea that effective Sunday, 28 January 2018, passport renewal appointment slots for Sundays have been increased to 100.

With the increase in the number of applicants brought about by the recent implementation of the extension of the validity of Philippine passports to 10 years, the Philippine Embassy requests applicants who wish to renew their passports on a Sunday to secure an online appointment through the Philippine Embassy website at https://www.philembassy-seoul.com.

On Sundays, the Embassy will prioritize and accommodate applicants with online appointments, and therefore, due to time constraints, may not be able to process passport applications from walk-ins. Please take note that the Embassy processes passport applications starting from 9:00am until 4:00pm only.

Passport applicants who could not get an online passport renewal appointment on a Sunday are advised to visit the Embassy from Monday to Thursday to file their passport applications.

Passport applicants who are senior citizens, pregnant, and children below seven years old are not required to secure online appointment.
