The Philippine Embassy wishes to inform the Filipino public that it will conduct a Consular Outreach Mission on 26-27 July 2019 (Friday and Saturday) at the Filipino Community Center (FCC) located at the 5th Floor, 256 beon-gil 7, Jeonpo-daero, Busanjin-gu, Busan CIty

The Embassy will render consular services including processing of passport applications and renewals, civil registrations, notarials, travel documents, NBI clearances, and certifications.

Applicants for passport renewal are reminded that PSA birth certificates are no longer required EXCEPT for the following cases:

• First time passport applications;
• Lost or mutilated passports;
• Applicants on the DFA watchlist;
• Renewal applications of old brown and green passports bearing no complete middle name; and
• Renewals requiring changes in personal information

Additionally, applicants holding dual nationalities are also reminded to bring a copy of their Certificate of Retention/Reacquisition to renew their passports.
