This is to inform all concerned parties of the recall of the suspension of direct hire processing in this Office by virtue of Administrative Order No. 155-A Series of 2017.

May we however inform you that over and above the requirements in the revised 2016 Implementing Rules and Regulations of POEA, the following are required:

• Worker ? Sworn Affidavit/ Statement on how the job was secured

• Individual Employer - Profile to include employment data such as position/ designation if employed, address, telephone number, copy of identification card preferably passport

• Company or Business Employer - Company name, address, contact details, profile of signatory to include position/ designation in the company/ business, address, telephone number, copy of identification card preferably passport
