PROGRAMA PARA SA BOLUNTARYONG PAGLISAN INILUNSAD NG MINISTRY OF JUSTICE


Ipinapaalam ng Pasuguan ng Pilipinas sa ating mga kababayan sa South Korea na ang Ministry of Justice (MOJ) ay inilunsad kamakailan ang Voluntary Departure Program (VDP) na nagpapahintulot sa boluntaryong paglisan ng mga dahuyang illegal na nananatili sa Korea. Ang mga dayuhang lilisan mula sa bansang Korea sa pamamagitan ng VDP ay hindi magkakaroon ng deportation record at maaring muling makapasok ng Korea.

Ang programa ay tatakbo mula 01 Oktubre 2018 hanggang 31 Marso 2019. Kasabay nito, nagpapatupad din ng crackdown ang MOJ laban sa mga dayuhan na illegal na nakatira at nagtatrabaho sa Korea. Ang mga mahuhuli ay agarang ipapa-deport at pagbabawalang pumasok ng South Korea ng sampung taon. Ang mga nais mag-avail ng VDP ay maaaring mag-ulat sa Immigration Office sa ika-3 palapag ng Incheon Airport sa araw ng pauwi ng Pilipinas. Dalhin lamang ang mga sumusunod na dokumento: (1) flight ticket papuntang Pilipinas at (2) balidong pasaporte o Travel Document. Iminumungkahi na kayo ay dumating sa Immigration Office ng hindi bababa sa 5 oras bago ang inyong flight. Ang Pasuguan ng Pilipinas ay magbibigay ng impormasyon sa reintegration at livelihood programs para sa mga mangangailangan ng trabaho at kabuhayan pagbalik sa Pilipinas, kalakip ng referral sa National Reintegration Center at iba pang mga kaugnay na tanggapan Maaring tawagan ang Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO) sa mga numberong (02) 3785-3634 to 35 para inyong katanungan. Para sa karagdagang impormasyon tungkol sa VDP, mangyaring tawagan ang Immigration Contact Center sa numerong 1345. END

LAUNCH OF FULLY DIGITAL APOSTILLE FOR PSA E-CERTIFICATES AND CHED E-CAVS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public of the Official Launch of the Fully Digital Apostille (eApostille) for Philippine Statistics Authority electronic Certificates (PSA eCertificates) and Commission on Higher Education electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CHED eCAVs) at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila, Philippines, on 16 March 2026. This initiative is part of the Philippines’ continuing implementation of the electronic Apostille Program (e-APP) of the HCCH aimed at facilitating the secure electronic issuance and verification of Apostilles and promoting the efficient cross-border use of public documents among Contracting Parties to the Apostille Convention.  The following arrangements for the issuance of Apostilles for PSA eCertificates, covering civil registry documents, and CHED eCAVs, covering academic documents, were implemented starting 16 March 2026:

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul joins the celebration on the Protection and Gender-Fair Treatment of the Girl Child Week, or “Girl Child Week” from 22-28 March 2026. In accordance with Proclamation No. 759, March 6, 1996, the fourth week of March is celebrated as “Protection and Gender-Fair Treatment of the Girl Child Week”.  The observance also complements the annual National Women’s Month Celebration every March.
