PROHIBITED ACTS DURING THE CONDUCT OF OVERSEAS VOTING


Any person is prohibited from undertaking any propaganda or bringing of campaign materials, including the wearing of any apparel or clothing with the name, image and insignia of national candidates and political parties, inside the polling place or the Embassy during the conduct of Overseas Voting, in accordance with Section 261 of the Omnibus Election Code of the Philippines.

Batas Pambansa 881. Omnibus Election Code of the Philippines. Article XXII, Section 261 (cc)(6): Any person who solicits votes or undertakes any propaganda, on the day of election, for or against any candidate or any political party within the polling place or within a radius of thirty meters thereof.
