The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public of the advisory issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on EMGOLDEX PHILIPPINES. The SEC issued a warning to the public against investing in EMGOLDEX PHILIPPINES as it is not a registered corporation or partnership in the Philippines, and is not legally allowed to collect investments from the public. 

In this regard, the public is urgently advised to exercise utmost self-restraint in investing in EMGOLDEX PHILIPPINES and to take the necessary precautions in dealing with the said company.
