REMINDERS ON CONSULAR OPERATIONS FOR 2022

The Embassy of the Philippines in Seoul, Republic of Korea conveys warmest New Year's greetings to the public.

In line with the resumption of operations after the New Year holiday, the Embassy kindly reminds the public of the earlier announced implementation of the DFA Global Online Passport Appointment System (GOAS) in all Philippine Embassies and Consulates General throughout the world. The GOAS system may be accessed through the following website www.passport.gov.ph.

The Embassy reiterates that applicants who secured appointments for passport application or renewal for 2022 under the previous system are not required to apply for another slot through the GOAS. Passport applicants who are seniors, persons with disabilities, pregnant women, and minors seven (7) years old and below with their parents, do not need to apply for an appointment online.

For other consular services (Notarials, Dual Citizenship Retention/Reacquisition, Civil Registry, NBI, and Travel Documents, among others), the existing appointment platforms will remain in use. For Visa applications, the Embassy will continue to attend to these on a walk-in, first-come, first-served basis. Applicants may also book their appointment and submit their requirements through the online portal visa.gov.ph.

The Embassy remains open to the public for consular services from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm, Sundays to Thursdays, except for public holidays.

Thank you.
