REQUEST FOR QUOTATION


The Philippine Embassy in Seoul is inviting companies to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of drinking mineral water, in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Implementing Rules and Guidelines of Republic Act 9184. The details of the project are as follows :

Terms of Reference
The bid price shall be on a per container basis (18.9 liter per container)
All bid prices shall be considered as fixed price, and therefore not subject to price escalation during contract implementation.
The supplier shall deliver the drinking mineral water as may be required by the Embassy.
Contract of duration is twelve months upon execution of the contract.
Approved budget of contract is US$2,500.00 or approximately KRW 2,600.000.00.
