REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR MOVING SERVICE TO PICK-UP UNSERVICEABLE PROPERTIES AT THE EMBASSY AND TO DROP THEM OFF AT A RECYCLING CENTER (COMPLIANT WITH KOREAN LAWS ON THE DISPOSAL OF PROPERTY AND EQUIPMENT)


The Philippine Embassy in Seoul, South Korea is inviting companies to submit quotations for moving service to pick-up unserviceable properties at the Embassy and to drop them off at a recycling center (compliant with Korean laws on the disposal of property and equipment), in accordance with the "Guidelines for the Procurement of Goods and Services, Infrastructure Projects and Consulting Services to be Procured and Performed Overseas", as approved by the Government Procurement Policy Board (GPPB) in its Resolution No. 28-2017 dated 31 July 2017.

The details of the project are as follows:



DETAILS:
A 1 ton / 2,000 lbs-capacity truck service with appropriate number of workers to pick-up unserviceable properties and other items at the Embassy and to drop-off at a recycling center for disposal.
LOCATION: Embassy of the Philippines
80 Hoenamu-ro, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, South Korea

Interested suppliers may send their duly signed quotation to seoulpe@philembassy-seoul.com and Attention it to Ms. Anna Gabriella E. Guinto. The last day for the submission of quotations is on Thursday, 08 July 2021, at 5:00 p.m.
