REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR ONE YEAR LEASE OF TWENTY-ONE (21) DESKTOP COMPUTERS FOR THE OFFICIAL USE OF THE EMBASSY


The Philippine Embassy in Seoul, Republic of Korea, is inviting suppliers/companies to submit quotations for its procurement of a One Year Lease of Twenty-One (21) Desktop Computers for the official use of the Embassy, in accordance with the "Guidelines for the Procurement of Goods and Services, Infrastructure Projects and Consulting Services to be Procured and Performed Overseas" as approved by the Government Procurement Policy Board (GPPB) in its Resolution no. 28-2017 dated 31 July 2017.

The details of the project are as follows:



REQUIREMENTS LOCATION
Lease of twenty-one (21) Desktop Computers with the following specifications and conditions:

1. Desktop Computers:
a. I5-9400 2.9Ghz;
b. DDR4 8G;
c. SSD256 + HDD 500G;
d. Internal Gfx, UHD 630;
e. DVD+/-RW ODD, HDMI + DV1*1, D-SUB*1
f. Windows 10 Pro 64bit ENG;
g. Office 2019, Home & Business ENG;
h. 22" Computer Monitor, FHD (1920 x 1080).

2. Inclusive of technical support, service and parts at no extra cost;
3. Free delivery and installation;

4. One (1) year lease contract starting 06 July 2021; and

5. With Diplomatic VAT exemption (if applicable).

The last day for submission of quotations is on Tuesday, 25 May 2021 at 5:00 p.m. Interested suppliers/contractors may send their duly signed quotations to seoulpe@philembassy-seoul.com and attention it to Ms. Anna Gabriella E. Guinto.
