REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF KF94 MASKS


The Philippine Embassy in Seoul, Republic of Korea is inviting companies to submit quotations for its procurement of KF94 masks for the use of the Embassy Officials and Staff, in accordance with the "Guidelines for the Procurement of Goods and Services, Infrastructure Projects and Consulting Services to be Procured and Performed Overseas" as approved by the Government Procurement Policy Board (GPPB) in its Resolution No. 28-2017 dated 31 July 2017.

The details of the project are as follows:



TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

1. Passed the KF94 standard for blocking the inflow of fine dust, droplet, etc.

2. With ergonomic design
a. Firm and high-fixating wire to allow adhesion to the shape of the nose
b. Sticks to the chin and cheeks to block find dust and droplet

3. Large (Adult) size

4. Individually packed

5. Packaged 25 pieces per box (for ease of distribution)

6. Has certification from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety

QUANTITY (approximate)

2,300 pieces

The last day for submission of quotations is on Sunday, 19 September 2021, at 5:00 p.m. Interested suppliers/contractors may send their duly signed quotations to seoulpe@philembassy-seoul.com and attention it to Ms. Anna Gabriella E. Guinto.
