Approved Budget for the Project : Php1,800,000.00 (approximately US$35,412.00 or KRW43,600,000.00)

Date : 6 May 2020

The Embassy of the Philippines-Seoul, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure Office Supplies and Materials for the Official Use of the Embassy in accordance with GPPB Resolution No. 28-17 dated 31 July 2017 and the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic No. 9184.

Interested Companies/Suppliers are requested to submit their price quotations/best offer for the project, subject to the attached Technical Specifications. Price Quotations/Proposals must be submitted not later than Monday, 25 May 2020.
