The Philippine Embassy in Seoul, Republic of Korea is inviting companies to submit quotations for its procurement of one (1) year contract for supply and delivery of blank PVC IDs and printer toners for its Embassy ID printer, in accordance with the "Guidelines for the Procurement of Goods and Services, Infrastructure Projects and Consulting Services to be Procured and Performed Overseas" as approved by the Government Procurement Policy Board (GPPB) in its Resolution No. 28-2017 dated 31 July 2017.

The technical specification of the necessary supplies are as follows:

#1 Item: Blank PVC ID Card 8cm x 5cm, white color

Estimated Number of Requirements (final number of orders will depend on actual requirement of the Embassy): 3,600 pieces

#2 Item:Printer Toner / Smart51 (YMCKO) (for SMART51S PVC ID Printer)

Estimated Number of Requirements (final number of orders will depend on actual requirement of the Embassy): 48 pieces

The last day for submission of quotations is on Friday, 19 July 2024 at 5:00 p.m.
