REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE SHREDDING AND DISPOSAL OF OLD RECORDS OF THE EMBASSY


The Philippine Embassy in Seoul, Republic of Korea is inviting companies to submit quotations for the shredding and disposal of old records of the Embassy, in accordance with the "Guidelines for the Procurement of Goods and Services, Infrastructure Projects and Consulting Services to be Procured and Performed Overseas", as approved by the Government Procurement Policy Board (GPPB) in its Resolution No. 28-2017 dated 31 July 2017.

The details of the project are as follows:


DETAILS
1. The following services for this contract should be included:

- Pick-up service
- Shredding
- Waste disposal

2. The supplier should ensure the security of the documents as these contain personal data and classified information.

3. The estimated volume of records is 5 tons (5,000 kgs). Please see Annex A for reference.

Interested suppliers may send their duly signed quotation to seoulpe@philembassy-seoul.com and Attention it to Ms. Anna Gabriella E. Guinto. The last day for the submission of quotations is on Monday, 28 June 2021, at 5:00 p.m.

Kindly also provide quotation for every kilograms (or lowest weight allowed) in the event that the actual weight of the records for shredding exceeds 5 tons.

Furthermore, interested suppliers may set-up a schedule for an ocular inspection with Ms. Guinto to check the actual volume of the records for disposal.

LAUNCH OF FULLY DIGITAL APOSTILLE FOR PSA E-CERTIFICATES AND CHED E-CAVS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public of the Official Launch of the Fully Digital Apostille (eApostille) for Philippine Statistics Authority electronic Certificates (PSA eCertificates) and Commission on Higher Education electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CHED eCAVs) at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila, Philippines, on 16 March 2026. This initiative is part of the Philippines’ continuing implementation of the electronic Apostille Program (e-APP) of the HCCH aimed at facilitating the secure electronic issuance and verification of Apostilles and promoting the efficient cross-border use of public documents among Contracting Parties to the Apostille Convention.  The following arrangements for the issuance of Apostilles for PSA eCertificates, covering civil registry documents, and CHED eCAVs, covering academic documents, were implemented starting 16 March 2026:
