REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE THE PROCUREMENT OF A ONE-YEAR LEASE ON TWENTY-ONE (21) DESKTOP COMPUTERS FOR THE PHILIPPINE EMBASSY


REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul, South Korea, is inviting suppliers/companies to submit quotations for its procurement of a One-Year Lease of Twenty One(21) Desktop Computers for the official use of the Embassy, in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Implementing Rules and Guidelines of Republic Act 9184. The details of the project are as follows:<



NAME OF PROJECT

Lease of Twenty One(21) Desktop Computers and Monitors with the following specifications and conditions:

1. Desktop Computers and Monitors:
• i5-9400 2.9Ghz,
• DDR4 8G,
• SSD256 + HDD 500G,
• Internal Gfx, UHD 630,
• DVD+/-RW ODD, HDMI + DVI*1, D-SUB * 1
• Windows 10 Pro 64bit ENG,
• Office 2019, Home & Business ENG
• Including Anti-Virus Software
• 22" Computer Monitor, FHD (1920x1080)

2. Inclusive of technical support, service and parts at no extra cost.
3. Free delivery and installation.
4. One (1) year lease contract starting 06 July 2020.
5. With Diplomatic VAT exemption (if applicable).
