RULES SA PAGDADALA NG PHILIPPINE PESO AT/O MGA FOREIGN CURRENCIES PAPASOK AT PALABAS NG PILIPINAS


1. Para sa Philippine peso (kabilang na ang perang papel at barya, mga tseke, money order at iba pang bills of exchange na maaaring ipa-cash sa mga bangko sa Pilipinas):

a. Ang isang tao ay maaaring magdala papasok o papalabas ng Pilipinas o mag-electronic transfer ng Philippine peso nang hindi hihigit sa halagang PHP10,000.00 nang walang prior approval mula sa Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP). b. Para sa halagang mas mataas sa PHP10,000.00, kinakailangan ng prior authorization mula sa BSP. 2. Para sa foreign currency at iba pang foreign-currency denominated bearer instruments: a. Ang sinuman na magpapasok o maglalabas ng pera higit sa USD10,000.00 o katumbas na halaga sa ibang currency ay dapat na magdeklara gamit ang Foreign Currency and Other FX-Denominated Bearer Monetary Instruments Declaration Form. Maaaring makakuha ng Form sa Bureau of Customs desk sa arrival/departure areas sa mga international airports at seaports. Maaari rin itong madownload sa BSP website. Ang mga nabanggit na rules ay applicable din sa isang menor de edad na naglalakbay/maglalakbay kasama ang kaniyang magulang/guardian kung 1) pisikal na kasama ang magulang/guardian sa Customs Inspection b) Ang average na halaga para sa bawat tao ay hindi hihigit sa PHP10,000.00 at c) Ang alokasyon ng peso o foreign currency ay naipaliwanag ng magulang/guardian sa mga otoridad.

Please be notified that the Resident Election Registration Board (RERB) of the Philippine Embassy in Seoul, South Korea will convene at the 2F Conference Room, Philippine Embassy on July 15, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. to hear the applications for registration, certification, reactivation, correction of entries or change of name, change of address, transfer, recapture and other types of applications filed with the Philippine Embassy from 01 April to 30 June 2024.Any interested party who would like to interpose any objection to the list may file their opposition in writing addressed to the RERB of the Philippine Embassy in Seoul at 80 Hoenamu-ro, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, 04346.The written opposition may be filed via email to seoul.pe@dfa.gov.ph or consular@philembassy-seoul.com.
