SENTRO RIZAL QUARANTINIG : PATIMPALAK SA PAG-AWIT

In celebration of Buwan ng Wika, Sentro Rizal Seoul invites you to join the �쏶entro Rizal Quarantinig: Patimpalak sa Pag-Awit ? an online singing competition that highlights Original Pilipino Music (OPM) that uses the Filipino language.

The competition, organized by the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA), is free and open to all members of the Filipino community, Filipino migrants and their children, and interested foreign nationals under the jurisdiction of Sentro Rizal Seoul.



Participants must sing and record on video a performance of any Original Pilipino Music (OPM) sung in the Filipino language.

The deadline for submission of video entries is on Thursday, 20 August 2020 at 12:00 p.m. (Korea Time). Entries must be sent to Sentro Rizal Seoul via email to maricor.jesalva@dfa.gov.ph. END

LAUNCH OF FULLY DIGITAL APOSTILLE FOR PSA E-CERTIFICATES AND CHED E-CAVS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public of the Official Launch of the Fully Digital Apostille (eApostille) for Philippine Statistics Authority electronic Certificates (PSA eCertificates) and Commission on Higher Education electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CHED eCAVs) at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila, Philippines, on 16 March 2026. This initiative is part of the Philippines’ continuing implementation of the electronic Apostille Program (e-APP) of the HCCH aimed at facilitating the secure electronic issuance and verification of Apostilles and promoting the efficient cross-border use of public documents among Contracting Parties to the Apostille Convention.  The following arrangements for the issuance of Apostilles for PSA eCertificates, covering civil registry documents, and CHED eCAVs, covering academic documents, were implemented starting 16 March 2026:
