SPECIAL FLIGHT FOR FILIPINOS


The Philippine Embassy in Seoul is once again organizing a special passenger flight for Filipino nationals (with valid PH passport or Travel Document) in South Korea who need to return home to the Philippines as soon as possible. Further information on the aforementioned special passenger flight will be announced by the Embassy in due course.

Please note the following:
1. Registration is from 26 to 28 July 2020 only. The link provided above will expire automatically on 28 July at 5:00pm.
2. Only those who have registered may join the special flight.
3. All information shared in the survey will be kept private and confidential.
4. The special flight would only be considered by the airline if there will be a sufficient number of registrants.
5. In case the number of registrants exceeds the maximum passenger capacity of the aircraft, the passengers will be accommodated on a first come, first served basis.
6. The special passenger flight will be from Incheon to NAIA only, and not to any other airports in the Philippines.
7. This is not a repatriation flight. The passenger will shoulder the cost of the ticket.
8. The Philippine Embassy in Seoul does not guarantee the special passenger flight.

LAUNCH OF FULLY DIGITAL APOSTILLE FOR PSA E-CERTIFICATES AND CHED E-CAVS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public of the Official Launch of the Fully Digital Apostille (eApostille) for Philippine Statistics Authority electronic Certificates (PSA eCertificates) and Commission on Higher Education electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CHED eCAVs) at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila, Philippines, on 16 March 2026. This initiative is part of the Philippines’ continuing implementation of the electronic Apostille Program (e-APP) of the HCCH aimed at facilitating the secure electronic issuance and verification of Apostilles and promoting the efficient cross-border use of public documents among Contracting Parties to the Apostille Convention.  The following arrangements for the issuance of Apostilles for PSA eCertificates, covering civil registry documents, and CHED eCAVs, covering academic documents, were implemented starting 16 March 2026:
