SPECIAL FLIGHT FOR FILIPINOS


The Philippine Embassy in Seoul wishes to inform all those who registered for the special passenger flight of the following:

• The special flight is scheduled on Wednesday, 05 August 2020, with Asiana Airlines OZ 703. The plane will depart Incheon International Airport at 1900H.



PROCEDURE FOR BOOKING:

• Only those who received an email from Asiana should book their flight. If you did not receive an email from Asiana, please do not book your flight for the 05 August special flight schedule. The emails will be sent from the following addresses: bizair1@naver.com, aamnlsz@flyasiana.com, and kptae@flyasiana.com.
• Booking will commence on Friday, 31 July 2020 at 3:00 p.m.
• For those with existing Asiana Airlines bookings, you would need to cancel your existing booking, and purchase a new one. To purchase a new ticket, please deposit the cash payment to KB Bank with account number 006-25-0022-907 (Hana Tour). Afterwards, email a copy of your passport and the deposit slip to ssjin1994@hanatour.com. For inquiries and concerns, they may be contacted through the aforementioned email.
• For those who do not have an existing booking, please deposit the cash payment to KB Bank with account number 006-25-0022-907 (Hana Tour). Afterwards, email a copy of your passport and the deposit slip to ssjin1994@hanatour.com. For inquiries and concerns, they may be contacted through the aforementioned email.
• Ticket price: KRW 538,000

REMINDERS:

• Due to the passenger limit of the aircraft, passengers will be contacted by Asiana on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Only those who registered with the Embassy are eligible to take the special passenger flight and only those who received an email from Asiana should book their flight. If you did not receive an email from Asiana, your booking will be denied.

LAUNCH OF FULLY DIGITAL APOSTILLE FOR PSA E-CERTIFICATES AND CHED E-CAVS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public of the Official Launch of the Fully Digital Apostille (eApostille) for Philippine Statistics Authority electronic Certificates (PSA eCertificates) and Commission on Higher Education electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CHED eCAVs) at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila, Philippines, on 16 March 2026. This initiative is part of the Philippines’ continuing implementation of the electronic Apostille Program (e-APP) of the HCCH aimed at facilitating the secure electronic issuance and verification of Apostilles and promoting the efficient cross-border use of public documents among Contracting Parties to the Apostille Convention.  The following arrangements for the issuance of Apostilles for PSA eCertificates, covering civil registry documents, and CHED eCAVs, covering academic documents, were implemented starting 16 March 2026:
