Teaching English Skills Enhancement and Training Seminar by the Philippine Embassy


With reference to the Teaching English Skills Enhancement and Training Seminar for Filipino teachers in South Korea which the Philippine Embassy in Seoul is organizing for our kababayans, the Embassy wishes to inform the public that said seminar will now be a two-day program to ensure that the participants will have a more extensive instruction.

The seminar will be held on 17 and 18 March 2018 at the Rizal Hall of the Philippine Embassy. The schedule of the two-day seminar is provided on the attached image.

A Certificate of Attendance, signed by the Ambassador, will be awarded to participants who will complete the training seminar.

For those who wish to sign up for the seminar, please be reminded that the deadline for the submission of your letter of intent addressed to Ambassador Raul S. Hernandez as well as a copy of your Curriculum Vitae is on or before Sunday, 25 February 2018. Kindly email the same to the following email address: seoul.pe@dfa.gov.ph.

Please be advised that due to the limited capacity of the venue, and to ensure a more effective teaching methodology, the seminar will only accommodate a limited number of participants. Applications will be considered on a first come, first served basis.

LAUNCH OF FULLY DIGITAL APOSTILLE FOR PSA E-CERTIFICATES AND CHED E-CAVS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public of the Official Launch of the Fully Digital Apostille (eApostille) for Philippine Statistics Authority electronic Certificates (PSA eCertificates) and Commission on Higher Education electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CHED eCAVs) at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila, Philippines, on 16 March 2026. This initiative is part of the Philippines’ continuing implementation of the electronic Apostille Program (e-APP) of the HCCH aimed at facilitating the secure electronic issuance and verification of Apostilles and promoting the efficient cross-border use of public documents among Contracting Parties to the Apostille Convention.  The following arrangements for the issuance of Apostilles for PSA eCertificates, covering civil registry documents, and CHED eCAVs, covering academic documents, were implemented starting 16 March 2026:
