TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF CONSULAR SERVICES EXTENDED TO 16 APRIL 2020


The Philippine Embassy informs the public that in view of the increasing number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Seoul and in surrounding areas (Gyeonggi Province and Incheon), the temporary suspension of consular services will be extended up to 16 April 2020 (Thursday). This is a continuation of the intensive social distancing campaign.

The Philippine Embassy will resume normal operations on Sunday, 19 April 2020.

Clients who wish to apply for a travel document (TD) for urgent one-way travel to the Philippines are requested to send an email to consular@philembassy-seoul.com.

Filipino nationals in distress may reach the Embassy through the Assistance to Nationals (ATN) hotline 010-9263-8119. END

Public Service Advisory from Pag-IBIG Fund and SSS-Seoul

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public that the Pag-IBIG Fund South Korea Member Services Desk and SSS–Seoul will be temporarily unable to accommodate walk-in clients on 25 January 2026 due to an official onsite service in Busan. Both services will resume regular operations on 26 January 2026.
