UPDATE ON OFFICIAL CHANNELS TO REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE


The Philippine Embassy in Seoul wishes to update to the Filipino community in South Korea that the Korea Center for Disease Control and Prevention (KCDC) has a dedicated hotline for foreigners in South Korea (regardless of visa status).

If you are experiencing symptoms of the COVID-19 (new coronavirus), please call immediately the KCDC foreign language hotline at 1345. Service hours are:

• 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. for English
• 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. for Filipino

The Embassy reiterates our call for our kakabayan (regardless of visa status) who have concerns related to the COVID-19 (new coronavirus) to contact the following Embassy official channels:

I. Those who require immediate help, please text or call our Assistance to Nationals (ATN) hotline at 010-9263-8119.

II. Those who wish to convey their requests for assistance, you may send an email to help@philembassy-seoul.com. Please include the following information:

• Full name
• Address/location
• Contact number
• Assistance requested

The Philippine Embassy is doing its utmost to source the most requested products (face masks and sanitizers) as soon as possible but is facing challenges due to supply shortage. We will coordinate with community leaders and employers in the most affected areas in distributing supplies as soon as these are available. END

Public Service Advisory from Pag-IBIG Fund and SSS-Seoul

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public that the Pag-IBIG Fund South Korea Member Services Desk and SSS–Seoul will be temporarily unable to accommodate walk-in clients on 25 January 2026 due to an official onsite service in Busan. Both services will resume regular operations on 26 January 2026.
