Updated Advisory on Validation of Vaccination Documents of Returning OFWs in South Korea


01 August 2021- Further to the previous Advisories on the subject, the Philippine Embassy in Seoul wishes to inform the Filipino community that POLO will no longer validate the Vaccination Certificate of OFWs who are travelling to the Philippines as South Korea is no longer listed as a "Green" country. This is pursuant to the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IAFT) Resolution No. 130-B, s. 2021 and OWWA Advisory No. 01, series of 2021.

Regardless of vaccination status, all returning OFWs are still required to register online through ONEHEALTHPASS PORTAL via https://www.onehealthpass.com.ph/e-HDC/.

Updated Advisory Ukol sa Validation ng Vaccination Documents ng Pabalik na OFWs na nasa South Korea

01 August 2021- Bilang karagdagang advisory sa paksa, ipinapaalam ng ating Embahada sa Seoul sa ating Filipino Communities na ang POLO ay hindi na makakapag-validate ng Vaccination Certificate ng OFWs na bibiyaheng pauwi ng Pilipinas sa kadahilan na ang South Korea ay hindi na kabilang sa listahan na mga itinuturing ng bansang "Green Countries". Ito ay ayon sa Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IAFT) Resolution No. 130-B, s. 2021 at OWWA Advisory No. 01, series of 2021.

Ganun pa man, nais pa din naming paalalahanan na ang lahat ng uuwing OFWs sa Pilipinas ay kinakailangan pa ring mag register on line gamit ang ONEHEALTHPASS PORTAL na may link na: https://www.onehealthpass.com.ph/e-HDC/.

LAUNCH OF FULLY DIGITAL APOSTILLE FOR PSA E-CERTIFICATES AND CHED E-CAVS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public of the Official Launch of the Fully Digital Apostille (eApostille) for Philippine Statistics Authority electronic Certificates (PSA eCertificates) and Commission on Higher Education electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CHED eCAVs) at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila, Philippines, on 16 March 2026. This initiative is part of the Philippines’ continuing implementation of the electronic Apostille Program (e-APP) of the HCCH aimed at facilitating the secure electronic issuance and verification of Apostilles and promoting the efficient cross-border use of public documents among Contracting Parties to the Apostille Convention.  The following arrangements for the issuance of Apostilles for PSA eCertificates, covering civil registry documents, and CHED eCAVs, covering academic documents, were implemented starting 16 March 2026:
