including the one-on-one interview with Usec Rafael E. Seguis, and the Usapang Manggawa "Leaders Forum" which are supposed to be aired live on Teleradyo of the DzMM and on internet via www.netvision.com.ph, from 1:30 to 6:00, respectively tonite, Manila time.

In accordance with Proclamation No. 759, March 6, 1996, the fourth week of March is celebrated as “Protection and Gender-Fair Treatment of the Girl Child Week”.
