CONSULAR ADVISORY NO. LTC- 003- 2009 SUBJECT : VISA FREE ENTRY FOR SEVEN (7) DAYS TO NATIONALS FROM THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA

The Bureau of Immigration has issued Memorandum MCL -09-006 dated 29 July 2009 allowing nationals from the People’s Republic of China (PROC) to enter the Philippines visa free for an initial authorized stay of seven (7) days provided they have valid and current U.S. Japanese, Australian, Canadian or Schengen visa.
