15 February 2024 - Philippine Ambassador to the Republic of Korea Theresa Dizon-De Vega welcomed Australian Ambassador-designate Jeff Robinson during a courtesy call at the Philippine Embassy in Seoul on 15 February 2024. Both sides had a friendly and productive discussion on current regional opportunities and emerging challenges, the comprehensive strategic partnership between the Philippines and Australia, and both countries' strong and long-standing ties with the Republic of Korea.

The Philippines and Australia are like-minded maritime democracies with dynamic people-to-people linkages and shared advocacies for regional peace, stability, and prosperity. The Philippine Embassy in Seoul wishes Ambassador-designate Robinson a fruitful posting to South Korea. END

26 March 2026, Seoul - Ambassador Bernadette Therese C. Fernandez participated in the tour of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Korea on 23 March 2026. The invitation also included a courtesy call and luncheon with Justice Kim Hyungdu, the highest official following the Constitutional Court President. The Ambassadors of Canada, Japan, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Thailand, Uzbekistan, were also invited to take part in the activity.
