Philippine Franchise Association (PFA) in partnership with the Philippine Embassy in Seoul, Korea, led by Ambassador Luis Cruz, conducted a franchise investment seminar for the Filipino community in Seoul.

Attended by more than 100 overseas Filipinos, the seminar discussed viable investment options, foremost of which is franchising. PFA President Elizabeth Pardo-Orbeta gave an overview of the Philippine Franchising sector. On the other hand, PFA Chairman Bing Limjoco (in photo) gave fundamental tips in buying the right franchise and presented franchise investment opportunities.

26 March 2026, Seoul - Ambassador Bernadette Therese C. Fernandez participated in the tour of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Korea on 23 March 2026. The invitation also included a courtesy call and luncheon with Justice Kim Hyungdu, the highest official following the Constitutional Court President. The Ambassadors of Canada, Japan, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Thailand, Uzbekistan, were also invited to take part in the activity.
