Seoul, 6 July 2026 - The Philippine Embassy in Seoul proudly celebrates H.E. Ambassador Bernadette Therese C. Fernandez on receiving the Best Ambassador Award from the esteemed Korea Consumer Global Council. The award recognizes her exceptional leadership and steadfast commitment to advancing the Philippines–Republic of Korea strategic partnership across foreign policy, culture, trade, tourism and public diplomacy as well as promoting the welfare of overseas Filipinos in the Republic of Korea. 

Receiving the honor at the Korea Press Center in Seoul, Ambassador Fernandez reaffirmed her commitment to pursuing new opportunities for cooperation that will elevate the PH-ROK strategic partnership to greater heights. 

Ambassador Fernandez was accompanied by Second Secretary and Consul Reisha L. Olavario and ASEAN-Korea Centre Director Ofelia Usigan.
