Ambassador Bernadette Therese C. Fernandez presented the books to Chief Librarian (Vice Minister) Hwan Jeong Geun during a meeting at the National Assembly. The donated titles, which include publications from the Department of Foreign Affairs and the Philippine Foreign Service Institute, cover Philippine history, arts, culture, and foreign relations.
