PHILIPPINE EMBASSY WELCOMES OFFICIAL DELEGATION FROM THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES


13 April 2023 - The Philippine Embassy was honored to welcome an official delegation from the Philippine House of Representatives led by Majority Floor Leader Manuel Jose "Mannix" Dalipe, Senior Deputy Majority Leader Ferdinand Alexander Marcos, and other esteemed members of Congress. The delegation and Embassy officials had a briefing and exchange of views on priority areas of cooperation between the Philippines and Korea and the condition and welfare of the overseas Filipino Community.

The delegation likewise made a solemn floral offering at the War Memorial Museum of Korea to honor the great sacrifices of the Philippine Expeditionary Force or PEFTOK during the Korean War. This year marks the 70th anniversary of the Korean armistice agreement. END

PH AMBASSADOR VISITS CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF KOREA

26 March 2026, Seoul - Ambassador Bernadette Therese C. Fernandez participated in the tour of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Korea on 23 March 2026. The invitation also included a courtesy call and luncheon with Justice Kim Hyungdu, the highest official following the Constitutional Court President. The Ambassadors of Canada, Japan, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Thailand, Uzbekistan, were also invited to take part in the activity.
