8 March 2026, Seoul. The Philippine Embassy in Seoul, through the Migrant Workers Office (MWO) and the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) South Korea, successfully conducted a Perfume and Diffuser Making Training on 8 March 2026, as part of its continuing efforts to empower Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and other Filipinos in the Republic of Korea.

A total of fifty-one (51) OFWs and OFs participated in the training, which forms part of the livelihood skills training program of the agency aimed at supporting the reintegration of OFWs.
