Seoul PE joins the 2026 National Women’s Month Celebration

04 March 2026, Seoul - The Philippine Embassy in Seoul, along with officials from attached agencies, held a flag-raising ceremony featuring a Lupang Hinirang video with an all-women cast, to start the celebration of the National Women’s Month at the Sentro Rizal Hall, Philippine Embassy in Seoul on 03 March 2026.  

Chargé d’Affaires, a.i.  Edwin Gil Mendoza, as the embassy’s GAD Focal Point Officer, read the Philippine Commission on Women’s Statement on the 2026 National Women’s Month Celebration, with emphasis on the theme, “WE for Gender Equality and Inclusive Society” and sub-theme “Lead like Babaylans, Filipinas!”. -END

PH AMBASSADOR VISITS CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF KOREA

26 March 2026, Seoul - Ambassador Bernadette Therese C. Fernandez participated in the tour of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Korea on 23 March 2026. The invitation also included a courtesy call and luncheon with Justice Kim Hyungdu, the highest official following the Constitutional Court President. The Ambassadors of Canada, Japan, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Thailand, Uzbekistan, were also invited to take part in the activity.
