26 August 2025, Busan, Republic of Korea – The United Fil-Korean Families (UFF) led by its President, Mrs. Ma. Cherry Ann Baek, successfully organized the second year of Mrs. Busan Philippines at the Korea Foundation - ASEAN Culture House (KF-ACH) in Haeundae-gu, Busan. The event gathered the Filipino community, Korean partners, and friends to celebrate the strength, beauty, and inspiring stories of Filipinas in Busan.
With the theme of women’s empowerment and cultural pride, Mrs. Busan Philippines 2025 served as a platform for married Filipinas to showcase their intelligence, talents, advocacies, and leadership values. More than just a pageant, the program highlighted the resilience of marriage migrants who have embraced life in Korea while remaining proud of their Filipino identity.
The Question-and-Answer portion addressed a diverse set of relevant themes such as women’s empowerment, the challenges faced by single mothers, life in Korea, multicultural marriage, and cultural differences—topics that resonated strongly with the contestants.
The pageant concluded with the crowning of this year’s Mrs. Busan Philippines, who was recognized not only for her beauty and grace but also for her embodiment of leadership, resilience, and service to the community.
