PH AMBASSADOR UNICEF REPRESENTATIVE DISCUSS CHILD WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT COOPERATION

SEOUL, Republic of Korea — Philippine Ambassador to the Republic of Korea Bernadette Therese C.
