JOB VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT: Project Term Personnel (PTP) for the Overseas Voter Registration

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul is now accepting applications for the position of Project Term Personnel (PTP) for the Overseas Voter Registration for the 2028 Philippine National Elections. The detailed job description, required qualifications and skills for the position are enumerated as follows:

 TITLE: Project Term Personnel (PTP) for the Overseas Voter Registration

 JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Assist with information dissemination;
  • Increase awareness of on-going OV registration through promotional activities and events;
  • Encode the names and contact details of Filipinos in Seoul PE’s area of jurisdiction through its registration of Filipino nationals;
  • Prepare materials for OV registration;
  •  Answer queries regarding OV registration;
  • Assist OV registrants in the Embassy and during field or mobile registration;
  • Perform tasks of an alternate VRM operator;
  • Remind registrants to vote and provide them with necessary information; 
  • Manage crowd control at the Post’s entrance and registration area; and
  • Perform other tasks that may be required in the exigency of the service.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Open to Filipino citizens who are of good moral character
  • Must have at least a bachelor’s degree
  • Must have good oral and written English
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must have a legal status in South Korea

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

 

  • Good customer service skills and the ability to respond to a range of customer needs
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • A team player capable of working on their initiative and who is adaptable to changing priorities
  • Ability to organize time, coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks

LAUNCH OF FULLY DIGITAL APOSTILLE FOR PSA E-CERTIFICATES AND CHED E-CAVS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public of the Official Launch of the Fully Digital Apostille (eApostille) for Philippine Statistics Authority electronic Certificates (PSA eCertificates) and Commission on Higher Education electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CHED eCAVs) at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila, Philippines, on 16 March 2026. This initiative is part of the Philippines’ continuing implementation of the electronic Apostille Program (e-APP) of the HCCH aimed at facilitating the secure electronic issuance and verification of Apostilles and promoting the efficient cross-border use of public documents among Contracting Parties to the Apostille Convention.  The following arrangements for the issuance of Apostilles for PSA eCertificates, covering civil registry documents, and CHED eCAVs, covering academic documents, were implemented starting 16 March 2026:
