PAALALA: MGA OPERASYON PANG-KONSULAR SA 2022


Binabati ng Embahada ng Pilipinas ang publiko ng isang Manigong Bagong Taon.

Sabay ng muling pagbubukas ng Embahada pagkaraan ng pagdiriwang ng Bagong Taon, nais ipaalala sa publiko ang naunang abiso ukol sa implementasyon ng Global Online Appointment System (GOAS) ng Kagawaran ng Ugnayang Panlabas ng Pilipinas (DFA-Philippines) sa lahat ng Embahada at Konsulado Heneral ng Pilipinas sa buong mundo. Ang GOAS ay matatagpuan sa sumusunod na website: www.passport.gov.ph.

Ang mga aplikanteng nakakuha na ng appointment para sa 2022 sa ilalim ng dating sistema ay hindi na kailangan kumuha ng panibagong appointment gamit ang GOAS. Ang mga aplikanteng senior citizen, PWDs, mga nagdadalang tao, menor de edad na pitong (7) taong gulang or mas bata kasama ang mga magulang ay hindi na kinakailangan na kumuha ng appointment online.

Para sa mga ibang serbisyong konsular (Notarials, Dual Citizenship Retention/Reacquisition, Civil Registry, NBI, and Travel Documents, at iba), tuloy ang paggamit ng umiiral na sistema sa paggawa ng appointment. Para sa mga mag-a-apply ng Philippine Visa, patuloy ang pagtanggap ng mga aplikanteng "walk-in" at ipinapairal ang sistemang "first-come, first-served". Maari ding gumawa ng appointment at magsumite ng requirements sa online portal na visa.gov.ph.

Nananatiling bukas ang Embahada ng Pilipinas para sa serbisyong konsular mula 9:30 am-4:30 pm, Linggo hanggang Huwebes, maliban lamang sa mga araw na pampublikong holiday.

LAUNCH OF FULLY DIGITAL APOSTILLE FOR PSA E-CERTIFICATES AND CHED E-CAVS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public of the Official Launch of the Fully Digital Apostille (eApostille) for Philippine Statistics Authority electronic Certificates (PSA eCertificates) and Commission on Higher Education electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CHED eCAVs) at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila, Philippines, on 16 March 2026. This initiative is part of the Philippines’ continuing implementation of the electronic Apostille Program (e-APP) of the HCCH aimed at facilitating the secure electronic issuance and verification of Apostilles and promoting the efficient cross-border use of public documents among Contracting Parties to the Apostille Convention.  The following arrangements for the issuance of Apostilles for PSA eCertificates, covering civil registry documents, and CHED eCAVs, covering academic documents, were implemented starting 16 March 2026:

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul joins the celebration on the Protection and Gender-Fair Treatment of the Girl Child Week, or “Girl Child Week” from 22-28 March 2026.
