Dahil sa mga inaasahang mga malakihang pagtitipon, protesta o demonstrasyon sa mga darating na araw kaugnay ng kasalukuyang sitwasyong pulitikal sa loob ng South Korea, muli pong pinapayuhan ng Embahada ang mga Filipino sa South Korea na patuloy na mag-ingat at iwasan ang mga matataong lugar. 

Muli rin pong ipinapaalala ng Embahada na sa ilalim ng mga batas ng Republika ng Korea, ipinagbabawal ang mga dayuhan na makibahagi sa ganitong uri ng pampulitikang aktibidad  sa ilalim ng Artikulo 17 ng  Immigration Control Act (Sojourn and Departure of Foreigners) ng South Korea.

Inaabisuhan ng Embahada ang lahat ng ating mga kababayan na sumunod sa mga lokal na batas at regulasyon upang maiwasan ang anumang aberya sa kanilang pananatili sa South Korea.

LAUNCH OF FULLY DIGITAL APOSTILLE FOR PSA E-CERTIFICATES AND CHED E-CAVS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public of the Official Launch of the Fully Digital Apostille (eApostille) for Philippine Statistics Authority electronic Certificates (PSA eCertificates) and Commission on Higher Education electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CHED eCAVs) at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila, Philippines, on 16 March 2026. This initiative is part of the Philippines’ continuing implementation of the electronic Apostille Program (e-APP) of the HCCH aimed at facilitating the secure electronic issuance and verification of Apostilles and promoting the efficient cross-border use of public documents among Contracting Parties to the Apostille Convention.  The following arrangements for the issuance of Apostilles for PSA eCertificates, covering civil registry documents, and CHED eCAVs, covering academic documents, were implemented starting 16 March 2026:
