PANGSEGURIDAD NA PAALALA PARA SA ABRIL 4, 2025 SA SEOUL


Kaugnay ng inaasahang paglalabas ng pasya ng Constitutional Court of Korea sa impeachment case ni Pangulong Yoon Suk-Yeol sa darating na Abril 4, 2025, alas-11:00 ng umaga, at ng inaasahang mga malawakang kilos-protesta o pagtitipon sa parehong araw, pinapayuhan ang lahat ng Pilipino na iwasan ang mga lugar kung saan gaganapin ang mga aktibidad na ito, at mag-ingat at maging mapagmatyag habang nasa labas. 

Ayon sa abiso ng Seoul Metropolitan Government (SMG), ang mga sumusunod na hakbang ay ipatutupad bilang pag-iingat: 

●     Ang mga distrito ng Jongno-gu at Jung-gu ay idineklara bilang Special Crime Prevention Zones. 

●     Magkakaroon ng mga restriksyon sa trapiko sa paligid ng Constitutional Court at pansamantalang isasara ang mga kalapit na palasyo, museo, at paaralan. 

●     Ang Anguk Station (Subway Line 3) ay pansamantalang isasara rin, at hindi hihinto ang mga tren sa istasyong ito. Maaaring isara rin ang iba pang mga kalapit na istasyon ng subway nang walang paunang abiso, depende sa magiging sitwasyon sa araw na ito.

ADVISORY ON SAFETY MEASURES ON APRIL 4, 2025 IN SEOUL

In view of the expected issuance of the ruling of the Constitutional Court of Korea on the impeachment case of President Yoon Suk-Yeol on 4 April 2025 at 11:00 AM and the anticipated holding of public rallies or protests on the said date, Filipino nationals are advised to avoid areas where such activities will take place, and to observe caution while moving around the city.

In this regard, the Seoul Metropolitan Government (SMG) has advised of the following precautionary measures and restrictions:

 

  1. The Jongno-gu and Jung-gu districts have been designated as Special Crime Prevention Zones. Traffic restrictions will be in place near the Constitutional Court, and access to nearby palaces, museums, and schools will be temporarily suspended.
  2. Anguk Station (Subway Line 3) will be temporarily closed, and subway trains will not stop at this station. Other nearby subway stations may also be bypassed or closed without prior notice, depending on developments.
