TEMPORARY OPERATING HOURS OF THE EMBASSY


In view of the increasing number of new COVID-19 cases in South Korea, and in line with the Korean government's efforts to curb infections in the country, the PH Embassy in Seoul wishes to inform the public that, starting 30 August 2020 until further notice, the Embassy will only be open to the public for three days a week: Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 10:00AM to 3:00PM.

In addition, the Embassy shall accept clients strictly by appointment only:

Please note that the number of clients that may be accommodated on a daily basis will be limited, consistent with the strict social distancing guidelines.

Further, all clients are required to wear face masks, practice social distancing within the Embassy premises and pass through the digital thermal imaging scanner at the lobby in consideration of our kababayans who are availing of Embassy services.

The Embassy Emergency Hotline Number: 010-9635-2312 will be operational every Monday and Wednesday to assist clients with urgent queries or concerns on consular matters. Outside of regular office hours, the hotline number should only be contacted in cases of emergencies.

Public Service Advisory from Pag-IBIG Fund and SSS-Seoul

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public that the Pag-IBIG Fund South Korea Member Services Desk and SSS–Seoul will be temporarily unable to accommodate walk-in clients on 25 January 2026 due to an official onsite service in Busan. Both services will resume regular operations on 26 January 2026.
