2025 SPECIAL VOLUNTARY DEPARTURE PROGRAM (SVDP) PARA SA MGA UNDOCUMENTED FOREIGN RESIDENTS


Para sa: Lahat ng Foreign Residents na Walang Legal na Status (Undocumented)

Ang Ministry of Justice ng South Korea ay naglulunsad muli ng "Special Voluntary Departure Program" (SVDP) para sa mga dayuhang residente na walang legal na status (undocumented) na nais kusang umalis sa South Korea sa itinakdang panahon.

Ito ay nagsimula noong  Disyembre 1, 2025(Lunes) hanggang Pebrero 28, 2026(Sabado).

MGA BENEPISYO (BENEFITS):

  • Pag-iwas sa Multa (Fine Exemption): Hindi kayo pagmumultahin para sa inyong illegal stay.
  • Suspension ng Entry Restriction: Bawasan ang bawal na pagpasok (entry ban) sa hinaharap. 

SINO ANG PWEDENG MAG-APPLY (ELIGIBILITY):

  • Mga undocumented foreign residents na kusang aalis sa South Korea sa loob ng itinakdang panahon. 

SINO ANG HINDI PWEDENG MAG-APPLY (EXCLUSIONS):

  • Mga ilegal na pumasok sa bansa (hal. tumawid sa border).
  • Mga gumamit ng peke o binagong pasaporte.
  • Mga may kasong kriminal o tumangging sumunod sa previous departure order.
  • Mga naging undocumented pagkatapos ng December 1, 2025. 

PAANO MAG-APPLY:

  • Bisitahin ang website ng Korea Immigration Service (KIS) para sa kumpletong detalye, mga kinakailangang dokumento, at proseso.
  • Maaari ring tumawag sa Immigration Contact Center sa 1345 para sa karagdagang impormasyon. 

KARAGDAGANG BENEPISYO: Para sa mga undocumented OFWs na lalahok sa naturang programa, maaari rin silang makipag-ugnayan sa Department of Migrant Workers, National Reintegration Center for (OFWs) upang alamin ang mga mekanismo ng tulong ng DMW na naglalayong tulungan ang mga Overseas Filipino workers kasama ang mga undocumented Overseas Filipinos na gusto ng bumalik at makapagsimulang muli ng buhay sa Pilipinas.

LAUNCH OF FULLY DIGITAL APOSTILLE FOR PSA E-CERTIFICATES AND CHED E-CAVS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public of the Official Launch of the Fully Digital Apostille (eApostille) for Philippine Statistics Authority electronic Certificates (PSA eCertificates) and Commission on Higher Education electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CHED eCAVs) at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila, Philippines, on 16 March 2026. This initiative is part of the Philippines’ continuing implementation of the electronic Apostille Program (e-APP) of the HCCH aimed at facilitating the secure electronic issuance and verification of Apostilles and promoting the efficient cross-border use of public documents among Contracting Parties to the Apostille Convention.  The following arrangements for the issuance of Apostilles for PSA eCertificates, covering civil registry documents, and CHED eCAVs, covering academic documents, were implemented starting 16 March 2026:
