Philippine Ambassador to Seoul Luis T. Cruz highlighted the strong economic ties between the Philippines and the Republic of Korea during his Presentation of Credentials to former President Roh Moo-hyun at the Cheong Wa Dae Palace on 15 February 2008. Cruz (left) awards an Outstanding Achievement Medal to Major General Sun-Chul Lee (center) of the ROK Army for his efforts to promote logistics cooperation between the Philippines and South Korea.
