Fernandez received the courtesy visit of a 60-member delegation composed of LGU officials including chief executives, local legislators and department heads from Quezon City, Legazpi City, Masbate, Occidental Mindoro, Siquijor, Tarlac, Surigao Del Norte and Zamboanga Del Norte at the Sentro Rizal Hall of the Philippine Embassy.
