OVERSEAS VOTING: NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

Pursuant to the Commission on Elections' Office for Overseas Votng (COMELEC-OFOV) Guideline 2016-006, the Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in Seoul shall conduct the batch feeding of all accomplished ballots received through postal voting, daily from 7 to 9 May 2016 after voting hours at 6:00 oÃ¢â¬â¢clock in the evening.

REQUIREMENTS FOR RENEWAL OF NON e-PASSPORTS

All Filipinos in the Republic of Korea are hereby informed that beginning Sunday, 03 July 2016, as per directive from the Department of Foreign Affairs, the requirements for holders of Machine Readable-Ready Passports (MRRPs or the so-called Ã¢â¬ÅGreen Passports�) and Machine Readable Passports (MRPs or the so-called Ã¢â¬ÅMaroon Passports� without electronic chip and with passport numbers starting with Ã¢â¬ÅXX�) shall be as follows:

DISPOSAL OF UNUSED ELECTION MATERIALS IN THE 2010, 2013, AND 2016 NATIONAL ELECTIONS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul wishes to notify the different political parties and independent candidates that, pursuant to Commission on Election's (COMELEC) Minute Resolutions 16-0408 and 16-0409, the Embassy shall proceed with the opening of ballot boxes containing the accomplished ballots on 29 and 30 July 2016 at the premises of the Philippine Embassy in Seoul. This will be undertaken for purposes of collating and bundling the same.
