• Nais pong ipabatid ng Pasuguan ng Pilipinas sa ating mga kababayan sa South Korea na ibinalik sa Embahada ng Korea Post ang mga mailing packets (na naglalaman ng blankong balota galling sa COMELEC, security seal at voting instructions) na aming ipinadala dahil sa mali o kulang na address na naibigay ng mga botante sa pagrehistro sa COMELEC. Dahil dito, at dahil na rin sa kagustuhan ng nakararami, ang mga mailing packets ay maaring kunin ng botante sa Embahada. Ang lahat ng rehistradong botante ay inaanyayahang bumisita sa lalong madaling panahon sa Embahada o bago mag-ika 13 ng Mayo 2019 (cut-off time 5pm) para personal na kunin ang kanilang mga mailing packets. Para makuha ang inyong mga mailing packets, ang mga rehistradong botante ay maaring magtungo sa Embahada at magdala lamang ng identification card (e.g. Passport, Alien Registration Card o Voter's ID galling sa COMELEC).

• The Philippine Embassy in Seoul wishes to inform the members of the Filipino community in South Korea that, due to public demand and the large volume of mailing packets (containing the blank ballot from COMELEC, security seal and voting instructions) returned by the post office to the Philippine Embassy because of incomplete/incorrect/not updated addresses provided by the registered voters to the COMELEC, registered overseas voters are now requested to visit the Philippine Embassy in Seoul as soon as possible on or before 13 May 2019 (cut-off time is 5pm) to pick-up their respective mailing packets. To claim their respective mailing packets personally at the Philippine Embassy, registered overseas voters are requested to bring proof of identification to the Philippine Embassy (e.g. Passport, Alien Registration Card or Voter�?s I.D. issued by the COMELEC).
